Gallery: Toronto Pan AM Sports Centre

I was honoured to tour the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre at the University of Toronto Scarborough today with the Hon. David Onley and Bruce Kidd, Interim Principal and Vice-President. 

The Pan/Parapan American 2015 Games venue is an incredible model for accessibility and sport, bringing together innovations in architecture and athletics under one roof.

I especially enjoyed meeting the Canadian Men’s Wheelchair Basketball team and watching these amazing  athletes play, it reminded me of all the ways that sport has nurtured my life and the lives of others. Thank you for the great tour – I can’t wait for the Games!
