The Monashee Unit Crew will launch their 4th Annual Firefighters Hard Labour Auction in Revelstoke, BC on Monday, June 21st. This year, funds raised will support the Rick Hansen Foundation and a trust fund created for crewmember Jeff Scott, who incurred an SCI as the result of a snowboarding accident on Revelstoke Mountain.
The silent auction will start June 21st and run until July 16th. The crew, composed of 20 hardworking firefighters, will be auctioning off their labour for a full eight-hour day. If you're in Revelstoke, head on down to the Home Hardware (201 Campbell St.) to place your bid.
Upper Can 400 Moto Rally - The Ride for Kevin to Benefit Spinal Cord Research
Support the Foundation by participating in the Ride for Kevin - an eight-hour, 400km location hunting motorcycle rally across southern Ontario on July 17th.

Spa Utopia Days of GivingThank you to Spa Utopia staff for their generosity! During the Spa Utopia Days of Giving, they opened the spa during off hours and donated all proceeds to the Rick Hansen Foundation. Staff also held potluck lunches and bake sales. In total, they raised $6,500! Thank you for your commitment to improving the lives of people with spinal cord injuries.
Canada Safeway Foundation ReceptionOn May 13, the Canada Safeway Foundation hosted a fundraising reception for members of the Safeway family in support of the Rick Hansen Foundation. Canada Safeway has supported Rick from the very beginning, organizing the yellow ribbon homecoming campaign for the Man In Motion World Tour.
